JKD Drills Series
We are happy to announce the launch of a new series of JKD 'Drills'. Much like the format of the Resistance Band Series these Drills are each a group of 6 - 8 short lessons of 30 to 60 seconds. Buying access to each drill gives you 31 days access to it. You get access to all the lessons in that drill in one go.
These drills teach seeing, feeling and the ability to adapt to whatever comes through the holes as you attack, these drills teach how to plug the hole.
These drills are taught exclusively by Tommy to his basement and seminar students.
Starting with the Drill F - Frost series, we will be adding more drills to this page in the coming weeks.
